Tips for Your First Day

Chapter 1

Starting Hogwarts can be terrifying, especially if you have Muggle parents, but don't worry, as I have 6 top tips for starting your first day at Hogwarts.

  1. Be confident (even if you're nervous, be sure to keep your head held high and don't slouch...if you walk with confidence, people will be sure to think you're confident!)

  2. Smile! (smiling makes you seem more approachable. Smile and others will smile with you!)

  3. Take a notebook with you and take small notes in classes (it's good to take notes in case you have exams, because the notes would be short and you won't need to remember much!)

  4. Be honest about yourself and don't say anything mean in the classroom or school (The teachers usually remember you by the first impression you make)

  5. New place = new opportunity (A new school is possibly a chance to start over if you need to)

  6. Have fun! (It's no use to join a new school and have no fun, so make sure to do this top tip!)

If you do these things, everything will be all right!

Good luck,
Bella!
