Chapter 2: The journey to Hogwarts: I walked in to kings cross station carrying a trolley with my cat carrier and trunk. My dad help me roll the trolley into the station. I finally arrived at the wall between platforms nine and 10. I remember Professor McGonagle telling me to run at the wall. I hugged my parents goodbye and ran at the wall. I seem to of walked right through it because I found myself on platform 9 3/4. I confidently walked onto the train and looked for a compartment. I found one with two boys and a girl. I knocked on the door. A girls voice told me to come in. I walked in and asked if I could sit down. The girl said I could and I sat next to her. She introduced herself as Hermione Grainger. The boys introduced themselves as Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. Professor McGonagall had told her about Harry defeating Voldemort in 1981. But there were rumors going around that he was not completely dead yet. I told them about how I got my Hogwarts letter and went to Diagon alley. The sweet trolley came and we bought a little of everything. We shared sweets and got to know each other. There was a knock at our compartment door. I opened it to reveal three boys. Two of them were thick set and the one in the middle was pale. The pale boy introduced himself as Draco Malfoy. The other two were Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle. He held out his hand to hairy and told him that Harry should not keep company with mud bloods and blood traders. He said that some families are better than others. Harry told him that he could find out the wrong sort for himself. Malfoy turned red and pulled out his wand. But hairy pushed him out of the compartment and slam the door. It was then time to put on our robes. We arrive at hogsmeade station and exited the train. We went on the boat across the lake to the castle. We saw the castle in its glory from the boats. I couldn’t wait to walk through those doors. We walk through the grounds up the steps to the front door. Hagrid knocked on the door.
