Diary of a First-Year Hufflepuff
It’s me, Grace. I’m a first-year Hufflepuff who likes to write my day at Hogwarts. I hope you find my diary interesting and enjoyable and I hope that future generation first-years will also learn as they go, just like I did. Many of these entries are based on actual events happening in my life, but obviously I twist the stories a little to make them more magical!

Troll Drill
Chapter 18
Dear Diary,
I am currently sitting on the couch in the Hufflepuff common room. I am kinda tired, but I'll go to bed after I write my entry for tonight. I will be getting my Arithmancy exam results on Friday! Yay, but I'm also nervous for the results. Anyways, for lunch I had delicious mashed potatoes plus gravy, with a banana from the fruit basket in the Great Hall. Today we also had a Troll Drill. Basically just a drill to learn what to do in case a Troll came in. It's been a thing ever since Professor Quirrel from all those years ago let a Troll inside of Hogwarts! Besides all that, there's not too much other things happening. Just going to classes, do homework, relax, sleep, and repeat.
