Chapter 1
The first thing you need to know about dementors, is that they will NOT distinguish between the one they hunt, and the one that gets in their way. The first sign of a dementor is complete silence. Then there will be pressing darkness. Once this happens, the only way to escape is to use the Patronus Charm.
