Chapter 2: With someone

Chapter 2

With a friend:

First, make sure it's someone you can really trust. If you're afraid she'll say it again, don't tell her, and choose someone else. Talk to him about your concerns, your anxieties. A friend is there to motivate you to achieve your dreams! He will give you courage and advice.

With a pre*:

Trust him/her! It's her/his job, she's/he's already been through most of the things you're going through today, so she/he knows how to get out of it, and she/he'll be what to do to help you! In addition, you will do activities with her/his which will allow you to relax faster. She/He will do exercises, scenarios with you to help you identify your emotions and your needs in different situations! Don't hesitate to talk to him/her whenever you need to. Even if you are afraid to disturb her/his, she/he will tell you if it is!

*A pre is someone who helps you understand who you are, manage your emotions, and build self-confidence. She/He will accompany you all the time you need. It can be from your school, or outside
