Chapter 1

Everything always starts on the start, right? And it is like that in this story as well. A twenty years old Helen Wilson has recently moved into her new apartment. She wanted to leave her past, where it belonged. In the past. But, do you know how sometimes meeting a random person can completely turn your whole world around? Either in a positive or negative way. Some people meet by bumping into each other and believe it's just a coincidence. But some take that as a sign. Some are actually soulmates, but some are worst enemies. But you know...It's only the fact, that everything happens for a reason. Everything. You unfortunately cannot change your destiny, but you can just calmly sip your tea and believe everything also changes. Nothing is temporary.

Helen was walking down the road, pulling her suitcase behind. She packed her whole life there. She didn't have other choice. Not really. If she would, she wouldn't be here. In New York. A british woman in America. How wonderful. Taxi has left her at the wrong stop, but instead of complaining she just got out and continued walking, because her final stop wasn't even that far away. She was never complaining about things. It was evening already, and there was a beautiful sunset. Helen took out her phone and took a few pictures. "You're way too pretty to be standing behind that camera of yours. Here let me take care of this...Pose a little bit." A random male voice said. And before she could inspect who it actually was, he already snatched her phone. At first she was confused as hell and arched her brow, but realised, the pics might not end up that bad, so she made a few cute poses and the guy just kept taking pictures. Once he was done, he returned her the phone and continued walking into the opposite direction. "Have a nice day...Whoever you are." Oh. Okay. Well that was, weird?

Helen continued her way to the Paradise Hotel. Yes, it was expensive, but she had enough money to pay for a few nights. "Your Room is 303, breakfast is from 7 in the morning to 10 in the morning and dinner is from 6 to 9 in the evening." Receptionist nicely said and smiled, as she gave her the keys. Taking an elevator, Helen finally arrived. The room was actually pretty well decorated and it gave off that vintage vibe. Actually a pretty light one. The bathroom was nice as well. Placing the suitcases near the wardrobe, she sat down on the bed and let out a very loud sigh. She was exhausted.

Some minutes later, Helen took out her phone and checked the pictures of the sunset. They ended up amazing. Honestly, it didn't take her long till she realised the random guy who took pictures of her, also saved up his number in her phone...

to be continued soon... :') hopefully you like this part
