You want to be understood right? Have you ever wanted to get your point across so bad that you ignore what the person said completely? I’m pretty sure we all have, heck, I have even. Habit 5 is all about actually listening to what people are saying and their feelings. Seeing things from their viewpoint. It’s also about active listening (I will discuss this in another article).
