Today is the day or actually night for Morgana,Merlin, and the boy to leave Camelot. 

Merlin was taking care of the boy while Morgana did some other stuff. The boy kept calling Merlin Emrys. Apparently the druids think that Merlin is a sorcerer who will return magic to Camelot. But Merlin doesn't beleive that he can bring magic to Camelot while Uther pendragon rules but the boy is smart and says it will happen when Arthur is king.
Finally it's midnight and they flee Morgana and the boy leave to the tunnel and Merlin goes to the end of the tunnel to let them out. But while Morgana and the boy are running guards spot them and every single knight runs at them and they become cornered. Arthur steps forward "show your face" Morgana face was hidden under her cloak same with the boys "I said show your face!" Arthur yells "in the name of  Prince Arthur I command you to show your face to your prince" Arthur yells louder. Slowly Morgana turns around and takes her cloak off her head "Morgana?" Arthur says "please he's just a boy don't take this poor boys life" Arthur looked Morgana in the eye "that is not my decision to make, take them both too the dungeons" Morgana and the boy were dragged to the dungeons helpless. Morgana was surprised that the boy was not kicking or screaming like she was. They were thrown into separate cells beside each other and we both hirried to each other Morgana stuck her fingers through the bars to touch the boys hand "my names Mordred" the boy said "if I'm going to die I think it will be ok if I tell the person trying to help me my name" Mordred added. "We are not gonna die we still have Merlin ok?" The boy shook from the cold and soon fell asleep. In the morning right at dawn we would be burned alive.
