“TAYLOR” Chase yowls running into the den 

“Huh? What?!” I asked, jerking my head up at the sudden yowl “is someone hurt?” 

“No, I just needed your attention. Anyway meet our mom Cinder, Cinder come on in” Chase said stepping aside. A long black tail lifted the vines on the front of the den aside and in-padded a striking black cat with beautiful amber eyes.

“Hello, Taylor I've heard lots about you” Cinder mewed, sitting and curling her long tail around her. 

“Hi mom,” I said frightened but also in pure shock. I always thought I had no mom or dad.

“There is no need to be scared sweetie I won't nip you,” Cinder said sweetly. Then in pads a strong male he was a mix between ginger and white with hazel eyes and very fluffy fur that made him look like a lion. 

“Hello, I'm Gingersnap or Ging for short and I heard my daughter was here,” Gingersnap said looking straight at me.

“That's me I say 

“Oh..my..gosh... You're even better than I imagined. It's so great to meet you uh….

“Tayor”

“Then it's very nice to meet you, Taylor,” Gingersnap says, his eyes gleaming with pride.

“You too dad,” I say. Then another cat pads in. 

“Hello im Samantha or Sammy,” she says

“Hi Sammy I'm your older sister Taylor ''I say waving my tail in greeting.

“ NO WAY you're the cat that made that jump,” Samantha says her eyes wide.

“Yeah that's me,” I say confused 

“Word travels fast around here,” Jacob says, padding in. Behind him, Puddle padded in carrying a sparrow and a rabbit.

“That is WAY too many visitors” Pubble hissed as she dropped the rabbit and sparrow “everyone out please” she flicked her tail toward the exit 

“Oh alright Puddle just stop being such a cat in the rain” Chase mews amusingly

“I am not” Puddle mews offensively as her fur starts to bristle” Now out!” 

“Okay chase lets not pester Puddle,” Cinder said heading toward the exit of the den

“Fine bye sis” Chase mewed, padding out with the rest of my family.

“Your chases sister?¨ Puddle asked dropping the rabbit in front of me.

¨Yes¨ I mew taking a big bite out of the rabbit 

¨Hmm that's cool¨ Puddle mews

¨Thanks and thank you for the rabbit¨ I take another bite ¨I´ts delicious¨

¨No problem I should take care of my pacients¨Puddle said taking a bite out of her sparrow
