A Kappa is a Japanese water demon. They are a sentient beast and are classified as being XXXX by the Ministry of Magic. Kappas are known for sneaking up on humans, (especially those who are intruding in their home), and strangling them to death.
Appearance
A Kappa has features that strongly resemble a monkey’s. However, in place of fur, they have scales like that of a fish.
There is a hollow on top of its head in which it carries water.
