Mr. Vac just stood at the front of the class still a bit flustered as eveyrone stared at me. I glanced at the clock and grabbed my stuff. 

Mr. Vac cleared his throat and announced, "Well, umm... students I guess no homework for you all thanks to Miss....Miss... are you even in my class?"

"It's Thana Syers. Always has been sir." I reply as I pull my things into my bag. I get up and walk towards the door as everyone still stares at me. I open the door and take a step out of the wide eyed classroom just as the bell rings. 

Just on time.

I could hear them whispering as though I couldn't hear them, and even though I just helped them from having homework there was no one who said one good thing about me. I let it chase inside my head and the burn in my heart felt prickly but... I deserve pain. I guess I'm glad that I can hear very well.

Though when I saw my...whatever that vision was I thought that it meant my class would be the ones for the noise of all the hurried footsteps but instead it came from down the hall. There was also yelling of threats so me being curious, I followed the noise. The hallways seemed a bit too empty for the end of class but this was study hall hour so I guess everyone wanted to stay in their classes right now.
