It's been a while since the only person I could trust left. Not willingly but that's what happens to those who get close to me.

I've always been in this dark pit my whole life, but it feels like it's grown deeper and darker after my father's death. I can't climb out anymore. I don't try to find a way out though. The dark is calm with a bitter taste. The cold wind blows my skin whispering, "deserves this, deserves this, deserves this" and I don't argue with it. I know I do. Actually I deserve a lot worse than this cold pit of guilt. 

I pull out of the miserable place in my mind as I realize that I was still in class. I glanced around to see if anyone had noticed me. Of course they hadn't. I sit in the very back of the room in the darkest corner of the classroom. I might as well be invisible in school but I'd prefer it that way. The less people that notice me the better for them. I doubt the teachers have ever heard my name.
