For normal tests the method change. First step: underline the important thing with one color, underline the things you forget with an another color and then write down what you do wrong when you repeat. Second step: if you can't fix the concepts, make short summaries, diagrams or tables. It will help you a lot. Third step: after you have studied, ask yourself some questions about the topic, and if you can't answers reread what you don't know.
