Parents: Will and Amberley Morgan

Parents Background: Will and Amberley Morgan both come from a long line of Wizarding families. They believed in experiential learning for their seven children, and often let them run around the countryside exploring their surroundings. To use Muggle terminology, they are tree huggers! Family means everything to them, and they support their children in whatever ways they can.

Relationship with Parents: Strong. Family is the most important thing!

Sibling(s): Liria has six older brothers and sisters (Shea, 45; Alexander, 42; Mina, 40; Robyn, 38; Alexis, 38; Nate, 36)

Relationship with Sibling(s): The Morgans have always been close - more so now than when they were younger. Family Wealth: Average

Family Struggles: They struggled for enough time with each other as there were 8 of them. Other than that, they felt very lucky. During the darkest times of Voldemort's return, her brother Nate and herself were still at Hogwarts, and their parents and older siblings were out fighting him as best they could. Other than a nasty incident in Charms class one year, that was probably the scariest time of her life.

Planned child: Seven children was always the plan, according to her mother.

Educational Background

Place of Study: Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (1990-1998) - (There is an extra year due to my time off after a nasty accident in Charms class)

Likes: Liria liked quiet time (probably because it was always so noisy in the house!!) as well as reading, learning about plants and animals, and playing practical jokes on her siblings - no one blames the youngest!

Childhood Best Friend: Her childhood best friend was a boy from the same village. They did everything together and enjoyed exploring the forests around their village. Sadly, he has passed away.

Behaviour in School: Determined. Perhaps considered a know-it-all, although she rarely put up her hand in class. If she had a dream she wanted to achieve, she was going to get there no matter what. She was considered an introvert, but she was always quite aware of all the goings-on in Hogwarts.

Worst Prank: She managed to figure out how to change the time on my oldest brother's alarm clock causing him to always be late.

Relationships

First Relationship: Liria’s first relationship was with the boy next door. It is not something that she speak of often as it ended when he perished in a work accident.

Career

Job before becoming a Professor in Hogwarts: Researcher of Ancient Egyptian Spells and Potions, and consultant for Dangerous Plant Reservations

When graduated from Hogwarts: 1998

How he/she became a Professor: Headmaster Balog called her when the position became vacant and asked her to take up the post. She accepted without hesitation.

Why that course: Ancient Studies is one of her passions, and indeed a field she has worked in for many years. She hopes to pass on her passion for this subject as well as her knowledge to the students.

Interesting Info: She has recently been exposed to the Muggle movies of a Mr. Indiana Jones. She would like to think that her career, at least somewhat, resembles that of Mr. Jones, however with far fewer car chases and guns, and more wand waving, lethal plants, and curses.
