Family Background

Parents: Julia and Leopold Dowler

Parents Background: Julia's a witch, Leopold a muggle. Julia Dowler (née Bones) was born in 1944 as a bastard kid of some Bones dude, a couple of months before he was killed. She married on her 23rd (in 1967) with Leopold Dowler, a local politician. On her 28th, she got Julius, and six years later Louis.

Relationship with Parents: Started problematic. Julius didn't speak for quite a while. After his eighth, he started formulating sentences intelligent enough for someone with three times his age. He read on higher levels than usual and his late start was forgiven.

Sibling(s): One brother, 36, named Louis Dowler, muggle model.

Relationship with Sibling(s): No big problems, except the obvious fact that they sometimes argue about Julius being a wizard while Louis is not.

Family Wealth: Very wealthy

Family Struggles: Although Loxwood isn't a big big city, the Dowlers had some trouble containing the magical status of Julia. Julius, however, was very quiet and introvert, so nobody expected trouble.

Planned child: Yes

Interesting Info: Leopold Dowler presides over the local Loxwood Parish Council, while his son (i.e. Julius) presides over the national wizarding judicial branch. Ironically, maybe. Genetically, most certainly.

Likes: Julius likes reading, discussing and debating

Dislikes: He doesn’t like to be forced to labour. Also he has a distaste for sweets and orange fruit. He couldn't do Herbology or Astronomy, because that didn't involve human subjects.

Worst Prank: He once blew up the neighbour's fountain pond.

Childhood Best Friend: He doesn’t have much friends, but many acquaintances.

Behaviour in School: He was definitely a social loner. Not really a jock or nerd, but a bit of everything.

How he/she met his/her spouse: Julius and Autumn worked together in the Department of International Magical Cooperation, Ministry of Magic in 2006.

How he/she became a Professor: Autumn asked him to help her out and Headmaster Balog thought it was a great idea!

Additional Information about Career: Julius is a very busy politician, diplomat, judge and professor, so best to never disturb :)
