Family Background

Parents: Michael & Jolie Rubedo

Parents Background: August’s father is a lawyer, he was born in the United States. He was born to a muggle family, and began studying law when he was fifteen. He then traveled around the world, and ended up in Paris, France. That is where he met Jolie Woods. His father is not much of a religious man. He believes in science. Although, his father is an independent, he believes in Republican, and Democratic views. His father used to play football when he was younger, and had a chance to get a scholarship in the South, at a popular university.

Jolie Woods, is August’s mother. She is a fashion designer, and she currently works for Chanel. She is also a muggle, and she is a french woman. She claims to be 'magic' as she swears she can read her childrens mind. His mother is a christian, who believes that everything should be for god but his mother hates politics. She is allergic to bees, and hates being around them.

Relationship with Parents: He loves his parents dearly. They are very proud of all of their children. Albeit, he was the second oldest child, but is definitely one of the more rebellious ones. When he was younger, he would set things on fire by accident. Most of the time, his sisters often did smaller things, like make things move. But they definitely were worried he would turn out evil.

When they found out he was going to be the Headmaster at Hogwarts, they were extremely overwhelmed with joy. His sisters sometimes come to visit me while school is in session. Sometimes, his little brother, Xavier, loves to come into Hogwarts and play pranks on some of the first years. Although he won't admit to doing such, he has caught him before.

Sibling(s): 4 siblings (3 sisters and a brother)

His older sister is only older by a few months. She's 34, and her name is Sarina. She works in the Ministry of Magic. She advanced quickly in the Ministry of Magic, and found herself to be the Department Head of Magical Transportation at 32. His younger sister, Melanie, is 30. She currently works at the Ministry of Magic, in the Pest Advisory Board. His other younger sister, Amèlie, is 28 years old. She works at Beauxbatons, as a Quidditch instructor! And His baby brother, Xavier, is 19. He just graduated Hogwarts, and has an internship in the Ministry of Magic.

Relationship with Sibling(s): Now that they are older, they all get along really well. His youngest brother, Xavier, often stays away from the rest of the family. They do get along really well, as Xavier often goes to him for advice. Sometimes while he is working at the Ministry, they will all get together and have lunch.

When his older sister, Sarina and him, turned 17, they would constantly have battles to see who the stronger one was. She was never capable of disarming him.

Family Wealth: Wealthy

Family Struggles: August’s grandparents were independently wealthy. His paternal grandfather owned his own company as a Lawyer, and his maternal grandmother opened up her own fashion company.

His father became one of the most powerful lawyers in the Western world. And his mother worked day and night creating clothes for different fashion companies.

Planned child: His elder sister, and him were both expected. After that, things just happened.

Educational Background

Place of Study: Before Hogwarts, he studied at a French school in Paris. It was a private school, that has sadly closed down after there was a fire. After that, his parents took him out of muggle school, and let him stay at home.

Then, he was sent to Hogwarts in 1992, and graduated Hogwarts with all of his owl's and NEWTS, in 1999.

Likes: He loves animals. Animals are definitely still his passion. He is the only actual animal person in the family. All of his sisters hate the fur, and his brother is allergic to cats, and dogs.

Dislikes: He dislikes ignorant people. Those who strive to simply do wrong, and think they're right, are the worst kinds of people.

Childhood Best Friend: His childhood best friend is probably, Fredrick. They actually are still really good friends. He does know he is a wizard, but sadly, he is a muggle. He's seen the Ministry of Magic before, but has never been to Hogwarts.

Worst Prank: When he was younger (~13), during Christmas, his family and him were opening presents, and he came back with some hot chocolate, and instead of hot chocolate, it was really just spicy hot chocolate. So needless to say, it burned their mouth.

Behaviour in School: At Hogwarts, he was much more of a stereotypical Gryffindor. He was loud, and rambunctious. However, when he was at Hogwarts, he was extremely bright. Some people think he was meant to be in Ravenclaw, however, August knew in his heart that Gryffindor is where it's at.

Relationships

First Relationship: His first relationship was actually with his best-friend, Fredrick. They dated for about four years. His parents were 100% supportive, and they still know their feelings. They dated while he was in my seventh year at Hogwarts - right after the battle. They confessed our feelings for each other. He was barely 17, but he stayed to fight anyways.

After they broke up, they kind of just shrugged it off. Fredrick is 32, and he is still single. He lives in Paris, and he is a businessman. He's about 6' and has jet black hair, and tan skin, with brown eyes.

Marital Status: Married

How he/she met his/her spouse: Lucrezia and August both met at this event back when he used to live in France, when he was 28. After their rendezvous, they ended up parting ways.

Then, she became a Professor, and they started to go on little dates together. They kind of sped things along, and ended up getting married.

Children: 0 (but they have four cats. Three of his, and one of hers.)

Job before becoming a Professor in Hogwarts: Department Head of Magical Law Enforcement

When graduated from Hogwarts: 1999

How he/she became a Professor: He was at the Centre for Alchemical Studies, and Professor McGonagall was asking his Ethics Professor about any students she could talk to for a position.

They talked for awhile, and she remembered who he was. So she definitely asked him to give her a few days to go through some paperwork. It took some time.

Why this course: He loves Alchemy and Science.

Interesting Info: He actually had an opportunity to study under the Minister of Magic. Had he not left, he could probably be the Minister of Magic.
