Honestly im kinda in between liking him and hating him. As a young kid I obviously hated him, thought he was just being mean for the sake of being mean, and cause he was a slytherin. However, now older I have read some things that made my opinion change about him. Like he did plenty of things because either dumbledore or voldemort asked him, and if he didnt do it he was in deep shit. Also, being abused at home and being bullied at school obviously makes you kinda toughen up. There are some things he did that i see no excuse for why he did them other tham simply being rude, an example being when he insulted hermione on fourth year, but i mean, hermione was always kinda an annoying shit, so with everything he was going through on that year ( his mark growing darker, karkaroff always bugging him about it, etc) I can let that one slide. I guess i dont mind him as much, now that i can sorta relate, i have grown to not have a lot of patience for young children, so i sometimes relate to him being annoyed. Overall, he's ok now for me. If you wanna talk about maybe having a different point of view hit me up in my owls, i might respond. Note that sometimes i leave this platform for moths at a time, so dont hold your breath on a quick reply, however if your opinion really catches my attention i will reply.
