Peruvian Vipertooth in flight Its scales were smooth and copper-coloured with black ridge-markings and short horns on its head. Like the Norwegian Ridgeback, its fangs were venomous. The Vipertooth fed mainly on goats and cows, but was notorious for its particular craving for humans.
