There are a million possible ways to take something. The main ways or the Hermes ways, is to one, find the target and pickpocket them on the spot. Two, Steal from them at night, and Three, make sure you don't know anyone that knows who and what you are, or else they will know it's you. but Hermes's main way, is to pickpocket from your family so they aren't easily offended.
