Import Laws and Delegations for Magic
The Decree for the Reasonable Restriction of
Underage Sorcery:
This law was established in 1875.you have to be seventeen before you can practice
magic outside of school or other designated areas. Your home is a designated area, and the magical spell able to tell if you underage is nicknamed 'The Trace'.
The International Statue of Secrecy:
This law was introduced in 1689. This is important so that muggles and wizards are allowed to stay peacefully apart from one another. However when magical mishaps occur the The Accidental Magic Reversal Squad will clean up the mess.
Other good things to know
1400 AD is approximately when countries started their own magic governments. Ollivanders family have had their business since 382 BC.

The Wand Lighting Spell
Description/Summary: creates a flicker of light.
Incantation: Lumos
The Wand Extinguishing Spell
Description/Summary: turns off a light
Incantation: Nox
