My lil sis battled cancer for four long hard years. When she finally ended chemotherapy, we had a large party. The cake was made by the Iowa cake lady. Just putting it out there, the Iowa cake lady makes the most wonderful delicious cakes. My lil sis goes to the doctors every two months (I think).
