Hello! I'm Kate Laymen, and for once, I wish looks could kill.

Father opened the door and there stood the Malfoys. "Hello Lucius, Narcissa." 
My father glanced at me as of telling me to say hello. "Draco." I muttered. He nodded slightly in response. "Come on in. How have you been Lucius?" Mr Malfoy smiled, but it looked more like a smirk. "Fine. How about you James?" "Same as you, I'm doing well." The two men continued a conversation down the hall to the parlor , Mrs. Malfoy fallowing close behind. Draco and I followed, silently. You see last time he was here we had a massive argument about Potter, I didn't like what Draco was saying about him and by pure instinct I bad mouthed Draco. My father wasn't to happy with me that night. 

Anyway we all went into the parlor as the adults talked about Ministry affairs, while Draco and I sat in silence. Finally Draco said. "Walk with me?" I shrugged. "Fine."

We walked outside in the garden. It was getting dark and the stars were coming out. "What do you what Malfoy?" I asked. He stopped and sighed. "I want you." I looked at him shocked. "Very funny, Draco. Seriously." He looked at me, eyes dialated filled with emotions. "I am serious. I've never been more serious in my life." "Oh..." I looked away from him. "Are you.. Why do you want a reckless girl like me?" He thought for a moment then responded. "Your different from other girls. I can't explain it, but.." I felt my heart pounding. It couldn't be happening. Has Draco changed?
