Lesson Eight: Rabbits & Slippers Study Guide

Chapter 9

Rabbits

Rabbits are tiny mammals.Their back legs allow them to hop while in meadows, woods, deserts, wetlands, & grasslands. Rabbits are found in North America, Southeast Asia, Southwest Europe, parts of Africa, South America, & a few Japan Islands. Due to rabbits ingesting native plants in Australia, it lead to an erosion issue. Most rabbits live underground, but cottontail rabbits live above ground. Rabbits have soft fur with a tuft as a tail & are herbivores. They eat grass, hay, fruits, & vegetables.

Slippers

Slippers are indoor shoes that are made to slip on & off. Slippers can be made as moccasins, glass, & mostly sythetic fur. Organic fake furs are made out of silk, wool, mohair, & cotton. Fancy slippers are made out of cotton, suede, leather, & sheepskin. Most slipper bottoms have either a rubber or sole placement.

Spell

No one knows who created this spell. We know the year was in 1792. This spell is used to keep feet warm in the colder months of winter. Visualize the slipper details. If the spell fails, it could transform into a solid slipper with no hole for your foot, there is real fur instead of sythetic fur, & you may have two slippers the same way. This spell works to make only one slipper per rabbit.

Incantation: Lepermuto (leh-per-MOO-tow)
Wand Movement: Twirl above rabbit
