Reparifarge


Visualize the original target to untransfigure the object. If the spell fails, the target will transfigure into the object you visualize forever. Use when necessary.

Incantation: Reparifarge (reh-PAR-ee-farj)

Hedgehogs


Hedgehogs are night mammals &  live in Europe, Asia, & Africa. They have spines (hollow hairs) that are full of keratin & fall out during quilling. To defend themselves, they curl into a ball with their spines spiked outwards.


Pincushions


Pincushions are used to hold pin & needles for sewing items. It was first created in Europe &  they have many different stuffing materials so the needles can stay in place.


Spell


Holly Crimp created this spell in 1782. She desired a pincushion that her hedgehog wouldn't chew on. This transfiguration is used mostly by seamstresses when sewing clothes & fabrics together. Visualize the hedgehog altering into the pincushion. If the spell fails, it will cause the hedgehog to still have consciousness, meaning the creature will feel everything.

Wand Movement: Sharp flick downwards

Hedgehogs are grouped into Eulipotyphla.
There are seventeen types of hedgehogs.
Hedgehogs usually eat insects, snails, bird eggs, berries, & melons.
The most common designs of pincushions are the tomato & strawberry.
