Tess Falcon; First Year At Hogwarts {Finished Book}
Nonoahohay Falcon was not a normal person. Normal people aren't born with a wizard for a dad and a mermaid for a mum, witches that get invited to a magical school, get a wand at a wizarding shop, have a godmother that can change her looks at will, can't talk to snakes or are related to the greatest known Dark wizard of all time. Nonoahohay (or Tess) has no idea of the challenges and hardships she will face as she goes through her first year at Hogwarts.

The Quidditch Match
Chapter 29
The next day I awoke to a bright, sunny day with a light, cool breeze. Perfect for Quidditch. I ran down to the Great Hall to search for Ginny. I scanned the table. No Ginny. I asked a couple of Gryffindors. No Ginny. She must have eaten early. I ate quickly, then followed Harry, Ron, and Hermione out of the hall, thinking of the lake and its cool, refreshing waters. All of a sudden, Harry yelled. I heard in the walls, "Kill this time... Let me rip... Tear..."
Hermione, Harry, and Ron hadn't noticed me. I overheard their conversation. Harry said, looking over his shoulder, "The voice! I just heard it again-didn't you?" Hermione said, "Harry-I think I've just understood something! I've got to go to the library!" She sprinted away. "What does she understand?" said Harry. "Loads more than I do," said Ron. "But why's she got to go to the library?" "Because that's what Hermione does. When in doubt, go to the library."
I froze. What was that voice? And why could Harry hear it, too? I listened for it again, but everyone was leaving the Great Hall, and I was soon jumbled towards the stadium. "Ginny!" I called. "Ginny, where are you? You who, Ginny!" I didn't hear anyone answer to my call. I ran to the top row of the stadium. "Go Hufflepuff!" I cheered. But where was Ginny?
Professor McGonagall stormed onto the field right when the match was about to begin. She yelled in a microphone, "This match has been canceled!" Many people around me booed. But I didn't. I was very worried. Where was Ginny? Scanning the Griffindor crowd, I saw no sign of Ginny. Making my way to the front, I heard McGonagall motion to Harry and Ron. I followed them to the Hospital Wing.
Oh no. What had happened? Had someone get attacked? Was it Ginny?! Luckily it was not Ginny, but it was a Ravenclaw prefect and Hermione. I froze at the doorway. The professor explained that they found them by the library with a mirror. Ron looked bewildered; Harry terrified. They knew nothing about the mirror. As they left, McGonagall said to me, "What are you doing here, Falcon?" I bowed my head. "Just looking, Professor." She stiffened. "Well, Falcon, I'd find it a lot better if you'd learn to get invited before 'looking'." I nodded, running back to the Hufflepuff Common Room.
