Day 1, 3:30 pm 

At Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. 

I’ve been placed into the house of Slytherin, not a usual pick for one of my family, though I am taking in time to pull myself together. Studies have gone by swiftly and with that I hope I’ll fly though with passing grades though it seems impossible. I’m working hard to maintain my goal and with that the library is a great help with my research on the ‘Demons’ family. Yes I am doing research on my own family. It may seem odd as it is my own family but I’m hoping for an answer to my past as there has been many articles and tales upon my family and lies that have been told to the public eye. As for I believe my father once donated a book to Hogwarts I’ll just need time to find it. Until I come crossed it I’ll keep up with school studies and personal research on my family. 

Today though I took my first lesson at school deeply into consideration and decided that my studies will come first and my research will be done during my free time. Friends are unnecessary for my years here in Hogwarts I’ll do better in my own as I always have and I will succeed in becoming a witch here at Hogwarts. My studies are here and up most the most important thing I have to do to graduate. Research and friends can come second in the most befitting way possible.
