Introduction
Chapter 1
Before you go diving into this book I suggest you have a basic understanding of charms knowledge. The study of golemancy is a branch from the study of charms, thus it requires a substantial amount of magical will to master. That will power is put to the test when constructing a golem. A basic summary of what one does in golemancy is they artificially create a small magical source manifested in a pure substance such as a crystal, or a piece of glass (this depends on the required use of the golem). This mini-magic-source is a small scale copy of the creator's own magic energy, but not as powerful or as versatile. These mini-magic-sources are often referred to as "cores." Cores are one of the required parts of a golem. The other parts are as follows: a shell, sensors, and a link to it's master, but further in depth information can be found in future chapters. The magnificent study of golemancy is still fresh, and is a great opportunity for all students who wish to have a little helper around. For all you witches and wizards attending Hogwarts and for my readers who are interested, I give you the study of golemancy!
