One Day In Royals

Chapter 1

"I get it Dwight. So you're saying that I'm supposed to redo this?"

"It's not good, and if it's not good, how do you think people will think of Royals? A shop selling worthless and incomplete clothes!"

"... Are you saying that my coat is worthless and incomplete?"

"No, not that. I'm saying... Never mind that. Just redo it!"

"Alright, boss..."

The town buzzed with people, as always. There were people fixing broken helicopter packs, talking to bounty hunters about the latest energized swords, and arguing about if Steamson was owned by the Innovation or the Brotherhood of Kodaline.

"Oh, Dwight, what is that elegant-looking outfit over there?"

"What, that? I found that behind the shop. It seems like some old clothing that was made long ago before we worked here."

"Looks like it cost a fortune to just make it."

"Yeah. The goggles are bronze with diamond lenses, the buttons on the coat is pure gold with a fancy "R" carved on it, the coat itself is made with velvet dyed into a dark violet color, the slacks are fabric, and there is an armor under the coat made of silver."

"What about the gloves?"

"I don't know. They seem leather, and the jewels studded on it seem exotic. From another place."

"Huh. Well, I better get back to work then."

I walked over to the outfit while Arcus worked on fixing his coat. I took my monocle off and examined the jewels on the gloves.

"It can't be..." I whispered to myself.

"... Bluesteel." said a voice behind me.

I turned around. Arcus was there, looking at the gloves.

"B- Bluesteel?" I stammered.

"Yes. I've seen a lot of miners talking about it, and saw several pictures of it in a book, but... this is incredible. Bluesteel is extremely rare. How did the creators get this for the gloves?"

We both knew where anyone would go to get any bluesteel.

The Pyramid.
