The biggest and best biography of Luna Lovegood

Luna lovegood is my favourite character and this is a book all about her. Her backstory, her family, her life at Hogwarts and after she left school. Everything about Luna is in here. This does have some spoilers for the Harry Potter books in so you shouldn't read this until you've read all of the books.

4th year of school and meeting Harry potter
Chapter 5
Finally, in her 4th year at school, she made some friends. As usual, she went on her own on the Hogwarts express, opened the quibbler and found an interest article on ancient runes that would tell you a new spell if you turned it upside down. Luna had just started reading it when 3 people came in and asked to sit down. She recognised one of them as Ginny Weasley-a grythindor in her year- and another as Harry Potter but not the third, but Ginny told her he was called Neville Longbottom. Later on 2 more people came in, who she recognised but didn't know their names. She knew that the boy went to the yule ball with Padma Patil and found out that he was Ginny's brother Ron Weasley, the girl was called Hermione Granger. These people would later become her 5 close friends. When they got off of the train Harry asked Ron why there were the horse type things pulling the carriage. Ron couldn't see them and thought Harry was playing a weird joke because he couldn't see them. Luna knew that they were thestrals and that Harry could see them because he had seen someone die the year before.
Later in the year Hermione Granger came up to her and asked if she wanted to join a secret defense against dark arts group run by Harry Potter because they weren't learning anything with their teacher. Luna said she wanted to and so went to the hogs head pub on the next Hogsmeade visit to meet them with 22 other people wanting to learn defense. Every week from then on, they went to the room of requirement -a secret room that transforms into anything you want- to learn defense. Everyone in the group got a coin that would have the date change to tell them when the next meeting was. She learnt lots of new spells there including the patronus charm, which is so hard that many adults can't do it. Luna really enjoyed those meetings because it was like having friends. It was here that she became close friends with Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville and Ginny.
On the Hogsmeade valentine's Day, Luna went to the 3 broomsticks to meet Harry, Hermione and Rita Skeeter(daily profit writer). Here, Harry told Rita Skeeter all about what had happened when he saw Voldemort come back and it got published in the quibbler. This changed lots of people minds about whether Harry was lying or not.
