~Savanna's pov.~
I get up later and don't bother checking the time. I go to my walk-in closet and look around. I find some black athletic leggings and a black turtle neck sweater. I put my hair back into a messy bun and grab some black Adidas running shoes. I walk out of my room and then go back in. "There is a better way to do this..." I say to myself as I head over to the window.
I open it and jump out. I fall effortlessly to the ground and land without a sound. I sprint as fast as I can to the woods but stop short. I see a vampire and a werewolf facing off. Logan and Ray. I run over. "What are you two doing??" I yell at them and they stop right away. "Sav, you need to move before this beast kills you," Logan warns me, and a fierce growl rips through his throat. I shake my head and hold my breath. I look into Ray's eyes and he backs up so I can breathe.
"No one is going to fight today." "Sav, you don't know what you are doing." Logan protests and I slap his face, which for once he actually lets me. "I repeat: No one is fighting!!" I look at Ray and he nods. He starts running away and into the bushes. He comes back in human form. Logan looks stunned. "T-That's the new kid..." "Yeah. Got a problem with that, bloodsucker??" Logan cringes from the name. "Watch it, dog." "Stop it!!" I yell, a high pitch one. "Stop being kids!! Stop acting like one!! Just stop!!" Ray looks down. "I'm sorry, Savanna. I should go." "Yeah-" Without another word, he leaves me there with Logan.
I turn to Logan. "What are you doing back??" "I was just seeing how you were..." "REALLY?? AFTER 2 DAYS YOU DECIDE TO SEE ME BECAUSE YOU'RE FEELING BAD!!" Anger rises in me and comes out more and more as I shout at him. I'm trembling with and have to fight he urdge to kill him. "LEAVE!!" "Sav, can I explain??" "LEAVE OR DIE!! IT'S YOUR FUNERAL!!" "Sav, please!!" "LEAVE FOR THE LAST TIME!!" Logan nods and hurt is shown on my face. I don't need him to explain because don't want to cry again. I storm to a tree and kick it down. It falls with a big thumd and I sit on the roots just waiting to feel numb or ok again.
