~Savanna's pov.~
Logan and I go our separate ways because I have SCience first and he has P.E first. I sit at my empty desk while everyone else is paired up. I look at and see the new boy come in. He walks past and his scent hits me hard. I feel the venom go in my mouth and all I want is his blood. It's like the most potent thing ever. I put a hand over my mouth. I cringe away and he looks at me. His heart speeds up and adrenaline goes through him, fear. He shuffles to the teacher's desk and he gets assigned to my table!!
I move my chair as far away from him as possible. He moves his chair away from me too. I look at him in hatred. He was sent by my own personal underworld, here to destroy me. The class goes by slowly and I think of killing him each minute but then I remember what risk it would put Logan in. I hold my rigid position and sprint out when the bell rings. I race out to my Volvo and see Logan there waiting.
I get in the car and Logan quickly comes in before I zoom out. "What happened??" "The new boy...his scent hits me harder than anything!!" I growl between clasps teeth. I zoom out of there reaching 120 mhr. Logan puts a hand on the steering wheel. "Where are we going??" "I'm going away!! Far away!! You're getting out here!!" I slam the Volvo to a stop and push him out. He watches me go as I zoom away far north.
I keep going till my Volvo runs out of gas. I get out and sprint to a mountain. I keep going until I'm at the top. I see that I'm above the clouds. I calm my breath and stay there for a couple of days. I hunt till my eyes are less black but just stay that way. Then I remember the boy. I feed until my eyes are honey gold but then I overfeed till the point I'm overfilled with animal blood. I race down and fill the Volvo with fuel. I race back to Oregon. I stop and see Logan racing towards me.
He opens my car door and hugs me. "It's about time you got back..." I feel his love!! I hate it!! He lets me go and lets me park my car in the garage. I go inside and find more vampires. I glare hard at Logan. "How are these people??" "These are uh...my old clan..." He shrugs and sits next to this strawberry blonde. I glare and stomp up the spiral staircase to my room. I slam it shut and lock it.
