Technically, Peeves doesn't belong to any of the houses. He isn't really a ghost, either. He's a poltergeist, and he suits his name. He loves to play pranks and give people a hard time, and can be very annoying at times. Most ghosts besides the Friendly Friar (see Chapter 3 for more details) and the Bloody Baron (See Chapter 5 for more details) cannot stand him and wish for him to be disposed of.
