Red Capes, Mokes & Dugbogs

Chapter 10

Red Caps: 




  • mammals that average between three and four feet in height






  • greenish skin, though it is really more of a gray with a green tinge and red eyes 




  • found throughout Northern Europe, and live in areas that have had blood shed




  • Forest of Dean in Gloucester, England and the Forbidden Forest (most population) 




  • carnivorous, and feed on those they attack




  • Mating season is late March, with offspring being born in August 




  • Magical folks can repel them using the Knockback Jinx or the Stunning Spell




  • more violent than usual, you can use a Full Body-Bind Curse or an Immobilizing Charm.




Mokes:




  • ten inch long lizards that are silver-green in color




  • native to the British Isles.




  • ability to shrink




  • Used to make mokeskin purses

  • live in the marshes of Europe, North America, and South America.




  • brown in color, and resemble a piece of wood.




  • eyes are brown to yellow in color. They are between twelve and eighteen inches long at maturity.




  • finned paws and sharp teeth.




  • Males have a spikes on the end of their fins




  • omnivores, feeding on small animals and plants




  • bite at the ankles of humans that are in their marshland




  • Bites need to be treated immediately 




  • Eggs colour is black
