In this chapter you loose house points in potions (even if you are in slytherin), and you get a letter from Merula pretending to be snape. The letter says you can recover those house points if you find slugs for snape. You then have to make the choice to have Rowan come with you or not. You go to the room to get the slugs but encounter a devils snare. you try to fend if off with lumos, the wand lighting charm, then hagrid hears you yelling for help and comes to save you. you report back to your prefect and have to change into new robes. After that you attend flying class, then you meet with rowan. (im not gonna write all chapters this detailed)
