I was leaning so close to him as he stared into my eyes. We leaned our heads a little closer and I could feel butterflies again. We both blushed and I moved back. He rubbed the back of his neck shyly and opened the door. We walked out of the room and out of the hotel. As we opened the door I then noticed how dark it was outside. I shivered as a strong breeze hit us. We walked a few blocks and then came inside the restaurant. We skimmed over the people sitting at tables and finally spotted Katie and Allen. We waved at them and the motioned us over. We sat down across from them and the waiter came over to us. I ordered the chicken wings and Kadin ordered some as well. They were even better than I remembered. I dropped my napkin on the floor and I bent and picked it up and I saw Allen holding Kate's hand! When I sat back up I gave Kate the "oooh" look and she blushed. She knew I was dying to know what happened. We finished eating and we all walked together back to the hotel. Allen and Kadin were in front of us talking about something and me and Kate were right behind them. "sooooo" I whispered to her excitedly. She blushed again and was playing with her fingers. "well.... he wanted to tell me that he really like me and he wanted to know if I liked him. I said yes and that's when you popped in." she said shyly. "and?" I asked still curious. "we decided to give it a try....and we... we kissed" and she did a little jump when she said kissed. She was adorable. She sighed with love and happiness and looked up at the stars. I smiled at how she was reacting. We reached the hotel and went to find everyone. We all met up in Molly's and Katie's room (since it was the cleanest) and we had a problem. Lily and Jake refused to share a room anymore and me and Jess refused to share a room. We had to mix things up. We put all our names in a hat and Katie drew out two pieces of paper and those two will share a room. "Jess & Lily" she said drawing the first pieces of paper. You can move in with me" Jess said smiling at Lily and I wondered if she was just being fake. "Me & Allen" she said and blushed and Allen did too. "I can move into here" he said. "Carson & Jack" and they decided to stay in Jack's old room. "Vi & Kadin" she said and we both blushed. We decided to stay in Kadin's old room. "And that leaves Molly & Zac" she said standing up and throwing away the scraps of paper. Everyone that was moving into different rooms grabbed their stuff from their old rooms and moved in. Kadin helped me grab my things so it would be quicker. We were all in and out of our old and new rooms. I plopped onto my new bed which was Allen's old bed which was farther from the door and was closer to the window. Kadin plopped onto his bed too and we looked at each other. I could have stared into his eyes for eternity except I looked away because I needed to control myself. It was late and Kadin turned off the light and his side lamp. I kept mine on and grabbed my book and started reading. I stayed up pretty late and finally decided to go to sleep. I looked over at Kadin. He was shivering and he kicked the blankets off the bed. I got up and grabbed the blankets. I covered him and he smiled in his sleep. I smiled back even though he didn't even know. I laid back down and fell asleep. I tossed and turned. I packed all my stuff from my room and grabbed the bag. I ran down the stairs and before anyone made me second guess myself I ran outside and ran to the bus stop that was really close. I wasn't aware that my father also took the bus to do errands. I ran onto the bus and his at the back. I watch people come on and off. I froze as I saw my father come on. I ducked down before he saw me. I forgot all about him as I got up to get off. He saw me and got off right behind me. He put a hand on my shoulder and I turned around slowly. I ran for my life and he chased after me. I turned into alleys and ran across the street. I eventually lost him and got on another bus. I went far away from the town and my past. I kept moving when I got a bad feeling. I would rent a tiny apartment and lived in many different ones. I finally found friends and stopped. Now he found me again. Did that mean I had to leave again? Would I had to leave Katie and leave Kadin? I didn't want to. Kadin was shaking me gently to wake me up. I sat up and I was sweating and was trembling. "Are you ok Via?" he asked and stopped shaking me. I wrapped my arms around Kadin. He hugged me back and tried to calm me down. He sat next to me and I still hugged him. "Are you ok?" he asked again. I shook my head and he got up and got me a glass of water. I drank some and tried to calm down. "what time is it?" I asked when I became more steady again. Kadin checked his phone and said it was 5:37. I sighed and he yawned. "did I wake you up?" I asked. "No I've been up for awhile" He said and I could tell he was lying. "i'm sorry" I said rubbing my head from the pain. "Vi don't say sorry. you have nothing to be sorry for" he said and the butterflies came back.
