Chapter 3
Petunia POV
I woke up and sat up, this sudden movement woke up two men sleeping in chairs by my side, they both awoke with a jerk. One of the men was large with a blonde beard and blue eyes, while the other was a muscular messy raven haired emerald eyed man. Petunia started to say something before the memory of a girl with vivid red hair and green eyes rushed into her mind. She gasped and said while pointing at Harry, the emerald eyed man,"Your daughter Li-l-y, she looks so much like her at that age." Harry stood up and knelt down next to her bed and took her hands. He said, "You fainted in shock, by seeing her again." Petunia knew this was true and simply nodded her quivering chin. Harry then got up and nodded at Dudley and left the room. They sat there for a bit before Dudley broke the silence,"Mum for a minute I thought I lost you too." He whispered. "Oh my sweet little Diddy Dinkums, I only fainted out of shock, and besides the ones hat love us never really leave us." Petunias mind shot to her parents funeral when Lily and her friends approached her. She recognized that horrible Potter, Black, and Lupin as they had all come to dinner with her parents. Lily brokenly whispered, "I'm sorry Tuney" She knew that Petunia blames her as their parents were murdered by death eaters. Potter then came up and gripped her hands and said, " My mum and dad recently died too, same way as your parents, I know how it feels." Petunia surprisingly did not push his hands away. Next came that Black and he said, "James mum and dad, well I loved them more then my own and like my own, but remember those that love us never really leave us."
"Mum, Mum, Mum" Petunia was shaken out of her thoughts by her darling boy calling her. "Mum there's someone who wants to talk to you." He opened the door and in flounced a little red headed girl, just like her sister. She said"Hi Aunt Tuney! I'm so glad your better! I thought I did something to you and I was so sad and I started crying and daddy ahd to take me and Jamie and Al home where mum gave me ice cream and put me to bed to make me feel better but I still felt bad-" Petunia cut the little girls rambling by hugging her. Lily hugged her back and Petunia kissed her cheek. Harry smiled in the backround, and if you could see spirits, you would have seen the spirit of Lily Potter the first crying tears of happiness on the other side of her sisters bed.
