The Golden Trio arrives at Kings Cross Station on September 1st as they do every year. However, having spent so much time with the Weasley family, Harry and Hermione kept hearing from Bill and Charlie about how this year at Hogwarts was going to be a special year. Isn’t every year a special year at Hogwarts? The train ride was as long as usual, with the trio spending lots of time with their mates Dean Thomas, Seamus Finnigan, and Neville Longbottom, recounting the events at the Quidditch World Cup. While the Weasleys have dropped their hints about the surprise, we find out that Draco Malfoy, Harry’s infamous rival, clearly knows what will happen at Hogwarts this year. The train ride this year was particularly rainy for most of the duration. Whether this year is holding a good or bad surprise is what the trio, including young Hermione, will figure out soon.
