All around Hogwarts, forms have been posted by Ravenclaw Student Jacinta. What's the deal with these forms? You're about to find out.
On her posts, she said it was for a school project. But what sort of school project? Jacinta answer's this question for us.
"Where I live, muggle schools have a compulsory subject called research project where you have to do a really in-depth research assignment for any topic of your choosing. As I enjoy reading my teacher suggested I did something relating to it"
Jacinta eventually chose online alternatives to libraries as her topic.
"specifically talk about digital libraries, including why they are good and bad, history of both public and digital, how the growth of technology affected them, etc," She shares. On the forms, you see questions like,
"What is your opinion on digital libraries?"
and.
"When was the last time you visited a public library, excluding school libraries?"
These questions answer many things she will need to know for her project. "For instance, they will better tell me about how much people still visit public libraries and if they could be replaced with online alternatives," Jacinta explains.
The assignment lasts for the entire year, so if you don't have time to fill it out right now, you have time to fill it out later. Just don't forget about it!
All in all, Jacinta's forms will be a huge help for her and her research project, and she already has at least 25 responses. I wish Jacinta good luck on her project, it will definitely turn out interesting.
