After the first-years were sorted, I was next. “SLYTHERIN!” The Sorting Hat obviously shouted. I smirked before sitting next to Pansy Parkinson, Blaise Zambini, and Millicent Bulstrode. “Ah, Miss Hotshot is in Slytherin!” Draco sneered, who was sitting across from her. “Of course you’re here,” I grumbled. “I can’t believe my father wants me to be your friend.”
“He wants you to be my what?” Draco asked, now interested. “Just do me a favor and leave me alone.” I growled, turning away. “Whatever.” He snapped back. Blaise glanced back and forth between us awkwardly. “Uhm, we should get to the dorms.” He said.
The Slytherins walked to the dungeons, Draco and I separated by the prefect, since he knew there was some stuff between us.
