ABOUT HISTORY OF MAGIC: History of Magic by common consent the most boring subject ever devised by Wizard-kind.

HOM IN HOGWARTS: Professor Binns, their ghost teacher, had a wheezy, droning voice that was almost guaranteed to cause severe drowsiness within ten minutes, five in warm weather.

ABOUT THE SUBJECT:

History of Magic is a core class and subject taught at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. This class is a study of magical history. This is one of the subjects where the use of magic practically is not necessary. History of Magic is taught from the first year to the fifth, and is completed with an O.W.L. exam with only a written section.

FACT : The professor of this subject, Cuthbert Binns, taught at Hogwarts for many years before his death, and even after his death he continued teaching at Hogwarts as a ghost.

ABOUT THE LESSONS:

The lesson plan usually consists of lectures on the 'History of Wizards and the Magical World' (in which goblin rebellions appear most memorably). This class is similar to the study of History in the Muggle World, as particular emphasis is placed upon remembering dates, names and events.

That is it for today, in the next study buddy article of History of magic, we will study the basic introduction of History of magic and on how the magic began , till then study well and let the magic be with you!

Weekly magic bringing you the magic!
