Chapter 9

As you can tell, Miri is not the most popular girl in school and out. Miri is a very nice, talented, and amazing girl. She tried to share that with everyone else, but they all but her off as a mistake and a waste of space. That was mainly Robert's fault. He thought that it was not fair that someone that small could be that fierce and kind at the same time. He was upset that she had a last name. That probably meant that she had had a family once, and, might still have one. Robert had a sad childhood and background. He watched both of his parents get murdered by his older brother. When a woman walking a dog heard the gun shots, she called 911 and the woman started screaming at the top of her lungs for help. When Robert's older brother heard the sirens, he shot himself. Things did not go well from there. Robert of course was removed from his home and placed into the care of the children's home at which he still lives at. He was only 6 years old. He soon found a hatred for any one who had a last name, or who could best him at soccer. He met kids who had last names, he bullied them. He ignored them, then out of nowhere would beat them up. He only met someone who could meet his soccer skill level and pass it when a little skinny girl joined the game one summer day. He knew the girl had been dropped off as a baby. Even before he was there! The girl never joined the games at outside time until that day. He never payed her much mind except for the occasional shove in the hallway ( because she had a last name of course ). After that outside time, he swearer to kill her when he got the chance. He often noted the amount of time that she spent with the old care taker. He used it against her in school. Often yelling it to the hallway when he got her to the ground.
