Each chapter is based on a lesson; where it won't go into grave detail, but will give you the necessary components to study for upcoming tests & assignments. Chapter 1

Albinism ⊱ Deficiency of color in the skin.

Asexual ⊱ Creatures who don't need male or female counterparts to mate. It also does not need sperm & eggs to reproduce.

Beast ⊱ Creatures who can't create or assist in the making of magical laws.

Beba ⊱ A name that merpeople use for young grindylows.

Being ⊱ Creatures who can create or assist in the making or magical laws.

Bowtruckles ⊱ Tree protectors that are as tiny as a hand. They look like a stick to match their home; a tree. On each hand, they have two needle-like fingers & can be seen in various types of green & browns. Classified as XX.

Department for the Regulation & Control of Magical Creatures ⊱ A department from the Ministry of Magic which manages all magical beings in the wizarding world. They carry out laws, licenses, & deals with accusations about magical creature abuse.

Emulsifier ⊱ A substance which strengthens a potion.

Fairies ⊱ Tiny pocket-sized creatures that have wings. They are one to five inches tall & look like humans. Classified as XX.

Flobberworms ⊱ Invertebrate worms that is brown in color & moves slightly. Classified as X.

Fwicks ⊱ A name for baby Fwoopers & they are dark grey or black.

Fwoopers ⊱ Orange, lime green, pink, & yellow creatures that are twelve to fifteen inches in height. Its plume is about two inches & its tail is around two to three inches. Fwoopers feet are orange with three toes & have a hackle on each. Classified as XXX.

Gnomes ⊱ Brown creatures that resemble a potato & are about one foot in height. Witches & wizards call gnomes Gernumbli Gardensi. Classified as XX.

Grindas ⊱ Young grindylows.

Grindylows ⊱ Green water creatures that have horns on their heads & are three to five feet in height. Their green color can be like olives. Classified as XX.

Herbivores ⊱ Creatures that eat plants.

Hermaphrodites ⊱ One end of a body has male organs, but the other end has female organs.

Homogenous Mixture ⊱ A potion with a constant appearance & blend.

Horklumps ⊱ Mushrooms that are pink with black bristles & can be green or yellow in Europe. Classified as X.

Imps ⊱ Dark green or brown creatures that are six to eight inches in height & do not have wings. They love to prank those that come across them. Classified as XX.

Invertebrate ⊱ Creatures that don't have a spine. Squids, worms, & some insects fit into this type.

Jobberknolls ⊱ Blue birds that can adjust to all climates. Their spots are white or pale blue in color. They only make a sound when they are dying & they repeat the sounds of memory backwards. Classified as XX.

Lait ⊱ A French term meaning milk.

Magizoology ⊱ The research of magical creatures.

Newt Artemis Fido Scamander ⊱ He is a magizoologist who located thunderbirds as well as helped creatures from going extinct. Newton is the author of Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them: Fifty-third Edition. He also made a ban to experiment breeding in 1965.

Nocturnal ⊱ Creatures who don't move during the day & instead live better at night.

Omnivore ⊱ Creatures that eat plants & meat.

Pup ⊱ A name for baby gnomes. Pups will stay with the colony.

Segmented ⊱ Small rings around the creatures body.

Spirit ⊱ Creatures who have died & came back as ghosts. They can't create or assist in the making of magical laws.

Squeakers ⊱ Fwoopers that are twenty-eight to thirty days old.

Woodlice ⊱ Has fourteen limbs & are known as crustaceans. Another name for woodlice are roly polies.
