I am proud to be a Gryffindor. I probably chose to be a Gryffindor and my mother did too.

My husband is a true Gryffindor along with most of his family.

I am proud that Gryffindor chose me and that some day soon I may get the chance to become Head of House

As personality traits we are, brave, courageous, like warmth, are loving, will fight for the ones we love, are chivalrous (not me), are fairly intelligent, logical thinkers. We tend to look at the world in an idealistic way and many are very trusting. If we get involved in a subject we become very passionate about it and dedicate all we have to the cause.
These traits obviously do not belong to everyone and some can be to our detriment. At times I have been too trusting of certain people and I now find it hard to trust.

Chivalry is no something that come naturally to me. I can stand and protect someone but I find it harder to fight in a battle.

Still I say I am proud to be a Gryffindor.
