Introduction

Chapter 1

Welcome! I am so excited to see you have begun to read this book. Many people will think it is dry and boring but it will be a nice treat for you, the reader.

Now this book was inspired by our wonderful History of Magic professors, Professor Maddox and Professor Dowler. I was inspired because they were choosing the topic of Year 3 of History of Magic and I  thought magical government. But in this book you will not see the British Ministry of Magic because that is covered in "A History of Magic".

Now magical government  is the formation of wizards and witches to regulate and apply rules to their wizarding kind. Magical government is not divided into branches but into departments or parts. The government usually has many branches unlike muggle government which are legislative, judicial, and executive. Each of these magical governments are unique and different than others. For example in Hungary there is a Dragon Regulation Part where they monitor their native the dragon the Hungarian Horntail and keep muggles from finding out about them. While in America they will have no dragon regulation department.

I hope you stay to read this as we go on adventure throughout the different magical governments and their histories. If you have any questions or knowledge on your magical government please owl me.
