Animagus
Chapter 2
An Animagus is a Witch or Wizard who can turn into another animal at will. The process to become an Animagus is long and complicated. For the full process, on a Muggle computer search "Animagus Wizarding World".
An Animagus retains full conciousness of thought while transformed, but cannot speak english. Animagus's must register themselves with the Ministry of Magic. Failure to do so results in serious penalty.
