A Legilimens is a person who can access the thoughts and memories of another person. Some people are born with it, and some people can learn it. However, there is a spell for the inept. The incantation is "Legilimens".
A Legilimens can view memories of another person, and sometimes read their thoughts. A Legilimens can also tell if someone is lying.
