For the last time, Ravenclaw’s House animal is an EAGLE and not a raven. IS THAT NOT PERFECTLY CLEAR, FILMMAKERS??!?!??!?!!?!!?!?!!?!? Once again the movies decided to pick on Ravenclaw. The movies only fueled the false myth that our symbol is apparently a raven and not an eagle. I’ll admit, some people probably thought our animal was a raven even before the movies, because the word raven is in our name. Once again the movies changed RAVENCLAW’S animal and not the other HOUSES!!!!! How hard would it have been to put an eagle on our crest instead of a RAVEN?!!!?!?!? THAT ONLY MESSED EVERYTHING UP!! Now all official merchandise and crests has the RAVEN IMPOSTER and NOT our real animal, the majestic eagle.

Thankfully though, there is still non-official merchandise with an eagle.
