Hello everyone! Today we are going to learn HOW TO MAKE A BUTTERBEER ! We need: cream soda, butterscotch syrup, heavy cream and powdered sugar.
Note: If you want to make this recipe even simpler, you can skip steps 1 and 2 and use store bought whipped cream instead of homemade.
Step 1: Prepare the whipped cream. Use a hand mixer (a stand mixer is good too) to whip 1/2 cup whipped cream. Once soft peaks begin to form, add the powdered sugar.
Step 2: Continue to whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
Step 3: Now pour approximately two ounces of cream soda and a tablespoon of caramel syrup into each mug.
