Introduction To Magical Philosophy | Two Thinkers

Chapter 1

Introduction to Magical Philosophy:

Basics

Theories are a very extraordinary tool; You can see happenings in the world and come up with your own ideas behind it, this philosophy can sprout new experimentation and research. I know that you must be overly-excited to learn about this powerful skill, so I'll get started.

Now that we know a slight bit about what theories are and the basics of what they can do, I can go a bit more in depth as to what magical philosophy is. The magical world is riddled with mysteries, it is an enigma in and of itself. If one magical being, such as yourself, were to come up with an idea, this idea could lead to the creation of a new spell (which we will get to later) or even a cure for some hideous disease! So it is of the utmost importance that theory, especially of the magical sort, be a world-wide commodity.

In order to theorize something, you must first, second, and thirdly THINK. The basis of every theory is the philosopher's imagination and in-depth thought as to what, how, and why.

Two Thinkers:

Edison Farthworth and T. Mealmart

Edison Farthworth was a philosopher known for his extremely controversial theories about the Muggle world. He thought that Muggles held an extreme power that they could not harness. He suggested that Witches and Wizards emerge and capture some Muggles in order to begin experimentation. This idea was viewed as simple curiosity from a Wizard who was hardly around Muggles by most people.

T. Mealmart was a theorist praised for her ideas about astronomy. She discovered multiple celestial bodies and came up with philosophies about the magical properties of the universe. She is known to be the most famous female magical philosopher to this day.

So what did we learn from these two? The reason Farthworth is so important to learn about is because even he gained followers. He set forth an idea he had, however cruel to Muggles, and he was heard. Mealmart, on the other hand, broke through gender prejudice and surfaced as an extremely intelligent and forward-thinker. By simply evolving an idea by observing your world, you can overcome barriers and change the world as we know it.
