The Von Rheticus Model Telescope, Luna Scope, & the Moon Chart

The telescope's power is between ten to two-hundred & fifty. The two charms that will protect the objective lens are the Scratch-Resistant Charm & the Break-Resistant Charm. Using the Sticking Charm helps to keep the telescope cap from getting lost. Avoid looking at the Sun & the full Moon with a telescope as it can ruin the charms on the telescope. Both Luna scopes & Moon charts show the phases of the Moon. Stargazing on a full Moon is not a good idea due to being too bright that stars around it will not be visible.

The Celestial Globe, Other Astronomical Tools, & Viewing Tips

A Muggle globe does not show the Sun, Moon, or planets. A magical celestial globe does show the Sun, Moon, & planets along with its names. You can also see where they were or where they will go for any day you wish. With the Muggle version of the orrery, metal rods are used to move the planets around. With the magical version of the orrery, the solar system levitates into the air & moves around. To avoid blinding yourself while looking at your star chart, close the eye you will use for the telescope & use the Astronomer's lamp. Don't set your telescope to high power, instead turn it to the lowest power & then increase the power. In the night sky, stars twinkle due to air movement while planets do not.

⊱ The issue with using the autofocus on the Von Rheticus telescope is that it focuses perfectly if you don't need glasses. Otherwise, you will need to focus manually.
⊱ One finger is one degree apart, three fingers is five degrees apart, & a fist is ten degrees apart.
⊱ A rock sign is fifteen degrees apart, & a surfer sign is twenty-five degrees apart.
⊱ With the Von Rheticus telescope, you will see objects right side up.
